Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain county-wide network infrastructure
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives for 50+ county departments
- Manage cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Develop custom applications using .NET and SQL Server
- Provide Tier-3 technical support to county staff
- Coordinate with external vendors for system integrations
- Document IT policies and disaster recovery protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- Active CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with government IT compliance standards
- Strong project management skills (PMP preferred)
- Texas driver's license required
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
