Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and support policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA) and security protocols
- Lead cross-functional projects with IT, policy, and operations teams
- Present findings to senior officials through concise executive summaries
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for real-time analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience, preferably in government or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI and knowledge of federal reporting requirements
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale datasets and ETL processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
