Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of food establishments, childcare facilities, and public swimming pools
- Investigate environmental health complaints and enforce regulatory compliance
- Develop educational programs for businesses and residents on health regulations

- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate regulatory documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of environmental health or regulatory experience
- NYS Environmental Health Specialist certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Strong knowledge of NYC health codes and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication skills for public interactions and presentations
- Valid NYS driver's license
- Proficiency in data analysis and regulatory reporting software
