Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of environmental regulatory experience
- Professional certification (e.g., CHMM, QEP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal/state environmental regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
