Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for federal leadership.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and strict adherence to federal compliance standards.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data security and easy accessibility for audits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications, budget reports, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee the coordination of training sessions and internal briefings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the federal government or a defense contractor.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and ethics compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of document management systems.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
