Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling on large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Python visualization libraries.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, OMB guidelines, and data security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting frameworks.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and normalization to ensure the accuracy of federal records.
- Provide expert consultation on data-driven decision-making processes to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of government data standards (e.g., DFARS, FISMA) and privacy laws.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
