Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid/On-site based on requirements)
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex federal datasets to support agency missions and operational goals.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and strict compliance with FedRAMP and OMB guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and solve problems.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct statistical analysis to predict outcomes and inform policy decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex data into clear reports.
