Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal information systems and networks in accordance with NIST and FedRAMP standards.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and federal stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deploy IT solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance reporting.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for federal personnel.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is a plus.
