Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security standards (NIST), and agency policies.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders and federal clients.
- Implement and monitor automated backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in a government or federal contracting environment is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
