Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of federal IT systems and software applications.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP standards.
- Collaborate with government clients to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system audits and risk assessments to maintain security compliance.

Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in federal government contracting or IT project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
