Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of federal IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for federal clients.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within scope and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis or Information Technology within the federal sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or Security+ are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of FedRAMP, FISMA, and other federal compliance frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
