Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary engineer to lead the technical direction of our federal contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability while mentoring a team of talented developers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable IT solutions for federal government clients.
- Oversee system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST) and security standards.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certification such as CISSP, PMP, or SSCP preferred.
