Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026-2030 technology disruptions across 12 emerging domains
- Develop probabilistic scenario models using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Author industry-shaping white papers and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build external partnerships with academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and signal detection methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovations
