Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design and execute foresight workshops with industry leaders and academic partners
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with long-term technological adoption curves
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring junior futurists and establishing future literacy programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC preferred)
