Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML or quantum computing with 3+ patents
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in federated learning and ethical AI alignment
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
- Track record of leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
- Fluency in at least one compiled language (Rust/C++)
