Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune advanced generative models using transformer architectures and diffusion techniques.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
- Optimize model inference performance for real-time applications and edge devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to explore novel applications in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning methodologies (LoRA, PEFT, RLHF).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
