Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level information systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through deployment, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, design, or software development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
