Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of complex information systems and software solutions.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and gap analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including technical manuals, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Perform system performance tuning, security auditing, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Train and mentor junior analysts and staff on best practices and system functionalities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and database management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects from conception to deployment.
- Must be a resident of the State of California at the time of appointment.
