Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with state standards and federal regulations.
- Team Management: Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Planning & Budgeting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management within the government or public sector.
- Certification: PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
