Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and development of complex software applications and system architectures.
- Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to government standards and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and external vendors, to define technical requirements.

Qualifications
