Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement software solutions.
- Perform system analysis, coding, unit testing, and quality assurance to ensure high-performance standards.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to junior developers and internal end-users.
- Ensure all software development complies with county security policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software development, web technologies, and system architecture.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and backend programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java, .NET, Python).
- Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
