Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust web and desktop applications using .NET and modern frameworks.
- Conduct system analysis, architectural planning, and database optimization to ensure high performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to junior developers.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex system issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and JavaScript (React/Vue preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
