Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Ensure full compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and other federal security regulations.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for complex hardware and software environments.
- Lead server migration projects and optimize cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure) for government clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on federal project delivery.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in federal IT systems administration or engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, VPNs, and Virtualization technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Travel: Ability to travel to federal sites in the Denver metro area as required.
