Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, systems architecture, or network administration.
- Experience working within the public sector or government environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# and database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL v4 are a plus.
