Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure and manage enterprise-level hardware, including servers, firewalls, and end-user devices.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to comply with federal regulations (FISMA).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or IT support within a government or enterprise environment.
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols (TCP/IP).
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
