Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level software solutions and database management systems.
- Oversee system performance, security, and reliability, ensuring compliance with federal and state government regulations.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for complex internal applications and public-facing platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and establish best practices for software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met within budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software development, system administration, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy laws, and IT governance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
