Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain county-wide IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software applications.
- Ensure data security and strict compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience working in a government or large-scale organizational environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Valid California Driver’s License and willingness to travel to various county locations.
