Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure) for enterprise-level IT solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and subject matter experts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with citywide goals.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement with City Council, executive leadership, and community groups to gather requirements and manage expectations.

Qualifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is required.
