Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and cybersecurity platforms
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, vendors, and department stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with county policies, security protocols, and industry standards
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality metrics using PMO methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive reporting and change management
- Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Public Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive IT project management experience in government/public sector
- PMP, CSM, or PgMP certification required
- Proven expertise with enterprise-scale Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong background in infrastructure modernization and cloud migration projects
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M and cross-departmental initiatives
- Deep understanding of public sector compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
