Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 5+ years managing enterprise technology projects
- State government or public sector experience preferred
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in risk management and compliance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with ERP or CMS systems
- Ability to obtain Oklahoma security clearance
