Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the public sector or large enterprise.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
