Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the public sector or a large enterprise.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
