Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-life cycle of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with state strategic goals.
- Manage budgets and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives, optimizing financial performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the public sector or government.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
