Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with federal standards.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence for high-stakes IT programs.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and technical constraints proactively.
- Communicate complex technical information to executive stakeholders and government clients clearly.
- Ensure strict compliance with ITIL, DOD, and FISMA regulations.
- Oversee vendor management and third-party contractor performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Active Top Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
