Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with state cybersecurity protocols and data privacy laws.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment and services.
- Train junior staff and conduct technical workshops.
- Document system configurations and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco routers.
- Certification: CompTIA Security+ or CCNA is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
