Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex federal IT systems and networks.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols, including FISMA and DIACAP requirements.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software applications.
- Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives within the agency.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or systems engineering.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or GSEC are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
