Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise-level federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with NIST 800-171 and FedRAMP standards.
- Conduct system vulnerability assessments and security audits to mitigate risks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and federal stakeholders.
- Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions for evolving mission requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to undergo investigation).
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT systems administration or cybersecurity.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing services.
