Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network infrastructure for government operations.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for internal departments and public-facing services.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience in a public sector environment).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government or enterprise-level IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and server management.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid Driver’s License (required for access to government facilities).
