Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure and server environments.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security standards and FISMA regulations.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments and incident response.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new software and hardware solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced government environment.
