Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced system analysis and design to support complex state government operations.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software solutions and hardware infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including cybersecurity and data privacy standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Perform system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT analysis, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern programming languages (Python, Java, C#).
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Active government security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
