Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise server infrastructure across 50+ state agencies
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead cloud migration projects using AWS and Azure platforms
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network and system issues
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly drills
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Document system architecture and compliance with state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of enterprise IT administration experience
- Certification in AWS/Azure and CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience with ITIL service management principles
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance within 30 days
