Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and hybrid systems
- Lead cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Coordinate system upgrades and migrations with minimal service disruption
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity procedures
- Ensure compliance with state and federal IT regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT administration with government/public sector experience preferred
- Expertise in Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network protocols
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Microsoft Azure required
- Demonstrated experience with cloud migration projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain Ohio security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
