Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level server systems and cloud infrastructure
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection and incident response
- Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery protocols
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and vendor partners
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex IT issues
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and compliance reports
- Mentor junior IT staff and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS)
- Experience with government compliance standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
