Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime and seamless connectivity.
- Oversee system security protocols, conducting regular vulnerability assessments and compliance audits.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Lead migration projects to cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS) ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize IT workflows and resource allocation.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate configuration management records.
- Mentor junior staff members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration within a government or enterprise environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux systems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
