Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of core enterprise systems and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable IT solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local cybersecurity compliance standards.
- Lead technical projects from initiation through deployment, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct comprehensive system audits to identify vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in government or large-scale enterprise IT environments.
- Proven expertise in network infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and database management.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or PMP are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
