Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT systems and databases
- Collaborate with department heads to align technology solutions with city objectives
- Lead system integration projects for public-facing services
- Develop disaster recovery protocols and cybersecurity frameworks
- Provide technical guidance to junior IT staff and cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration
- Certification in AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud platform
- Expertise in database management (SQL/NoSQL) and network infrastructure
- Experience with government IT compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, NIST)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
