Responsibilities
- Lead System Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and develop technical specifications for complex IT systems.
- Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and data integrity.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all system implementations adhere to state and federal security standards and compliance regulations.
- Training & Support: Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and end-users regarding new system features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or IT project management within the public or private sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, .NET, or similar programming languages; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical data to diverse audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience working with government IT procurement and compliance standards.
