Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of IT systems and software solutions for federal clients.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards, regulations (FISMA, NIST), and ITIL best practices.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through deployment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management within the public sector or government contracting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GovCloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Security Clearance (Public Trust or Secret) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
