Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex IT systems and applications to support state operations.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct system performance tuning, security audits, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
