Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Expertise in California state regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of San Francisco's governmental structure and community landscape
- Valid California driver's license (may be required for field visits)
